Our mission at Calm in chaos Yoga is to empower Customer Service professionals to re-claim their well-being and identity through practices of yoga and mindfulness. We strive to create a supportive community where you will find joy in movement, strength in stillness and clarity in who you are.

Whether you work in retail, hospitality, events or travel - at CCY we are dedicated to helping you prevent professional burnout, learn to better manage stress levels, and cultivate a balanced, fulfilling life both within and beyond your work environment.

With our online programs, group yoga classes as well as one-to-one sessions, you will get reacquainted with your authentic self, learn to set the boundaries that you need, and finally feel healthier and more joyful in your body!

Hi, I'm Anna

Founder of Calm in chaos Yoga, customer service career survivor, and a holistic yoga teacher sharing sustainable practices to help you leave behind the “stressed” and the “tired”, and instead welcome the strong, clear and energised.

A successful, decade-long career in retail & hospitality has left me feeling tired, achy and confused.

Though I had started the jobs due to my love for socialising, I suddenly found myself disliking interactions with not just guests and clients, but more worryingly my friends and family.

Yoga became my escape,
the much needed space for just myself and I.

I started my practice as a way of keeping me physically healthy, but it has since evolved into one of the best ways I’ve ever encountered to re-balance myself.

Over time, my nights became restful, the aches and pains disappeared, and even the People Person within me made a triumphant comeback!

My Mission

It is a dream to be able to share my experience with the many customer service pros over the globe, just like you, and to teach you how to utilise the yoga practice in your journey to a healthy, balanced life.

I believe that you don’t need to quit your job in order to take back control.

All you need to do is show up for yourself, consistently.

With the sustainable practices I share, and the support I’m excited to give you, you will feel relaxed and at peace with yourself and your health in no time.
